REMEMBER to dilute with water, about one part concentrate to 4 parts water (or more). This is incredible healthy AND good for hikers. Does not take a lot of room to carry since it is... a concentrate :-) Good luck and don`t hesitate to ask us on the comments if you have any questions. Blessings.
